Pop It Ups Maggie Holmes Confetti Flowers & Sizzix Tags Thank You Card

I wanted to use my new Maggie Holmes Confetti Collection Flowers die set, and thought they would look nice animated in a Lorna Label pop-up card.

I die cut a kraft cardstock card base, and made strips at the top and bottom of it with Tim Holtz kraft patterned paper. I die cut scalloped edges with a Tim Holtz On the Edge die, and inked the edges.

A couple of lovely new die sets I bought recently, and used on the card - the Maggie Holmes Flowers, and a Sizzix die and embossing set 'Embossed Gift Tags':

I stamped in pink ink with a Stampin' Up stamp on white cardstock, and die cut an extra layer for the Lorna Label pop out parts.
I cut the green tag from Core'dinations cardstock, embossed it with a little embossing folder which comes in the Sizzix die set, and sanded it.

I arranged the flowers around the tags, and added a few strips of patterned and gold cardstock on the card base, leaving a bit of blank space for a message.

Hey there!  When we first found our home 6 years ago, I was absolutely in love with this side porch off the kitchen.  At the time of course, it looked awful because it was in the middle of being renovated, but, I saw what it could be.  I pictured pots of delicious herbs just waiting to be harvested for cooking, a cozy table to enjoy lunch or a morning cup of tea or coffee, or just a place to sit and read.  Funny thing was, it wasn't until now, 6 years later, that I finally filled the porch with those things.  I have no idea why. Purple Onion Designs Stamps Pop It Ups Rectangle Accordion Card

Here's a recent card of mine using Purple Onion Design stamps - 'Rosie'  and the 'Home Sweet Home' set, teamed with the Accordion Rectangle die set from Elizabeth Craft Designs. I stamped the images onto papers from First Edition's 'Bella Rose' 12x12 pad, and cut them out by hand. I added 'Happy Birthday' die cuts from Paper Smooches, and inked round the edges of the Accordion frames. Lastly I just added a bow and some paper flowers to the frames Product links:

Purple Onion Design's New 'Snowflake Grove' Christmas Pop it Ups Accordion Card

Hiya! I am back today with a Pop it Ups Accordion Oval card, featuring new stamps by Stacey Yacula for Purple Onion Designs.  A beautiful new Stacey Yacula collection is being released today, called 'Snowflake Grove' ! It consists of 30 gorgeous new stamps, and there is a limited time special set price of $100 , till the 4th of November. I used another new stamp from Purple Onion Designs, for the sentiment, from a set called Holiday Marquee Sentiments . I added some bunting flags, which I inked along the edges, and I also added ink out the outer edges of the card. The Stacey Yacula stamps I used on the card are Oakley the bear, and the Decorated Tree . I coloured them with Copics, and added some Stickles. I cut some holly leaves with a punch for the bottom corner. Other products used:
